1Profile URL

Each partner profile lives at /finance/:slug (e.g., /finance/cherry for Cherry, /finance/carecredit for CareCredit). These are clean, shareable URLs you can bookmark or send to friends and family who are comparing options.

2Pros and Cons

Each profile lists specific advantages and disadvantages. For payment plans, pros might include "fast approval" and "0% promo periods" while cons might include "high APR after promo" or "not available in all states." For insurance, pros might include "direct vet pay" or "comprehensive coverage" while cons might include "waiting periods" or "pre-existing condition exclusions."

3States Served

Each partner lists the states where they operate. This is especially important for payment plans — not all are available nationwide. Check this before applying to avoid a rejected application.

4No Financial Data Stored

VetCostIQ does not collect, store, or process any financial information. When you click "Apply" or "Get a Quote," you're redirected to the partner's official website where the application is handled entirely by them. We simply provide the comparison and the link.

Pro Tips

  • •Compare at least two partners before applying — pros and cons vary significantly.
  • •Check states served before applying to avoid a rejected application.
  • •The "Best For" summary on each card tells you the partner's primary strength at a glance.
  • •Bookmark partner profiles you're considering so you can revisit them later.
