Vet Visit Tracking
Vet visit tracking lets you log every vet visit for each pet — visit date, hospital, reason, total cost, and notes. When you upload invoices and link them to a pet, the visit is automatically logged. This creates a complete medical timeline that's useful for future vet visits, insurance claims, and budgeting.
1Automatic Logging
When you upload an invoice and link it to a pet, a vet visit is automatically created with the visit date, hospital, and total cost. You don't need to manually log it separately.
2Manual Entry
You can also manually add vet visits from the My Pets page — useful for visits where you don't have an invoice, or for logging phone consultations and follow-ups.
3Medical Timeline
Each pet's visits are displayed as a timeline in chronological order. You can see every visit, the reason, the cost, and any notes. This is useful for sharing history with a new vet or tracking chronic conditions.
4Yearly Spend
The Dashboard shows total yearly spend per pet, calculated from all linked vet visits. This helps you budget for future care and evaluate pet insurance options.
