1Pet Triage AI Subscription
Pet owners can subscribe to Pet Triage AI for $3/month with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through Base44 Payments. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. Admin users have full access without a subscription.
2Hospital & Pharmacy Tiers
Hospitals and pharmacies can upgrade their listing tier from the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Premium unlocks AI Assist, Featured Procedures, Promotions, and custom banners. Sponsored adds Coupon Codes and top placement in search results.
3Billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly through Base44 Payments. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel from the Pricing page. The 7-day Pet Triage AI trial requires a card but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
4Trial Period
Pet Triage AI includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at no cost. If you cancel after the trial, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
