Services Manager (Hospital)
The Services Manager tab in the Hospital Dashboard lets you build your public service catalog. Add services with names, descriptions, and categories. Mark specialized procedures (TPLO, laser therapy, etc.) with tags. Services appear on your hospital profile grouped by category.
1Adding Services
Click "Add Service" to create a new service entry. Enter the service name, description, and select a category (Wellness & Preventive, Vaccinations, Surgery, Dental, Diagnostics & Imaging, etc.). You can also mark it as specialized and add specialization tags like "Orthopedic," "TPLO," or "Laser Therapy."
2Categorization
Services are grouped by category on your public profile. Categories follow the standard veterinary service taxonomy: Wellness & Preventive, Vaccinations, Surgery - Soft Tissue, Surgery - Orthopedic, Emergency & Critical Care, Diagnostics & Imaging, Dental, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology, and more.
3AI-Assisted Population
Instead of adding services manually one by one, you can use the AI Assist tab to automatically extract services from your website. The AI reads your website and creates service entries — you then review and edit them in the Services Manager.
4Display Order
You can set the display order of services within each category. Services with a lower display order number appear first. This lets you put your most popular or important services at the top.
