AI Assist (Hospital)
The AI Assist tab provides two tools: Website Import (automatically extract services, staff, and social links from your website) and Pricing CSV Import (upload a pricing spreadsheet and let AI map it to standard procedures). Available on Premium and Sponsored plans only.

1Website Import
Enter your hospital website URL and click "Scan." The AI reads your website pages, identifies services, staff members, and social media profiles, and creates draft entries. You review everything in the Services, Staff, and Profile tabs before publishing. This saves hours of manual data entry.
2Pricing CSV Import
Upload a CSV file containing your prices (exported from your practice management software). The AI reads the file, maps each line item to a standard procedure category, and creates draft pricing entries. You review and confirm in the Pricing Manager before publishing.
3Premium Requirement
AI Assist is available on Premium and Sponsored plans only. Free plan hospitals see a premium gate prompting them to upgrade. Admin users can access AI Assist on any plan for testing purposes.
Pro Tips
- •Run the website import first to populate services and staff — then use the pricing CSV for prices.
- •Always review AI-extracted data before publishing — AI can make mistakes with complex websites.
- •If your website has a "Services" page and an "Our Team" page, the AI import works best.
